Dr. Troy J. Andreasen’s private plastic surgery practice remains committed to providing personalized attention and maintaining the highest quality of service to all patients, including those who are interested in liposuction. Since 2001, his Ontario clinic has developed into one of the leading plastic surgery practices in Southern California. He serves multiple cities throughout the Inland Empire ("IE"), including Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Corona, Riverside, and Redlands.
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Dr. Andreasen grew up with an interest in plastic surgery. During his experience as a successful Golden Glove boxer, he became acquainted with a plastic surgeon who was also involved in that sport. Dr. Andreasen’s attention soon turned to the field of plastic surgery, in which he then immersed himself in its study for the next number of years.
After two years of religious missionary service, Inland Empire plastic surgeon Dr. Andreasen completed medical school at the University of Utah. While in school, he trained under the direction of the renowned hand surgeon, Graham Lister, where he developed advanced microsurgical skills. Dr. Andreasen’s efforts in microsurgical research helped to define the effects of trauma on microcirculation. Awarded the highest achievement award from his alma mater, he graduated at the top of his medical school class.
Dr. Andreasen, a skilled liposuction surgeon, was selected as one of the first medical school graduates in the United States to train in an integrated General Surgery/Plastic Surgery program that put emphasis on cosmetic surgery. At Loma Linda University, Dr. Andreasen achieved excellence in all areas of training, establishing himself as one of their premier plastic surgical trainees. Cosmetic surgery procedures of the breast, body, and face, as well as reconstructive surgery of the breast, were some of his specific interests.
Dr. Andreasen has been actively involved in missionary service since he was 19 years old. During his time at Loma Linda, Dr. Andreasen captained the Loma Linda Good Samaritan Plastic Surgery efforts in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Twice a year, Dr. Andreasen and his group offered reconstructive services to impoverished children; those who would otherwise be unable to undergo these procedures due to lack of accessibility. Dr. Andreasen's knowledge and training in palate and cleft lip repair, as well as his experience in burn surgery, are valuable facets of the missionary endeavor.
Dr. Andreasen's strive for excellence in plastic surgery continues to prevail at his Southern California private practice. By providing personalized service and care to liposuction patients, he is able to treat every person on an individualized basis, beginning with the initial consultation through the recovery period. Dr. Andreasen emphasizes safety, performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries at several hospitals and surgery centers in Riverside, and throughout the Inland Empire.
Dr. Andreasen is an expert in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. Every year, he performs hundreds of breast augmentation, breast lift, and corrective breast surgeries. Inland Empire plastic surgeon Dr. Andreasen is fully trained in the use of all available silicone gel-filled and saline implants, giving patients the freedom to choose the type of implant and surgical techniques most desired. Dr. Andreasen also performs tummy tuck procedures, liposuction, facelifts, and all other types of facial rejuvenation. His practice also offers microdermabrasion, laser-based therapies, and chemical peels – non-surgical facial rejuvenation services that can provide more youthful looks. Dr. Andreasen also treats facial wrinkles as he is a provider of Botox Cosmetic.
Due to the rising numbers of obese patients who are surgically treated with weight reduction surgery, Dr. Andreasen also performs reconstructive procedures for these individuals. He can also remove excess, hanging skin that was caused by significant weight loss.
