After the completion of his fellowships, Dr. Wall, Sr., came home to Louisiana to begin practicing body and facial plastic surgery in Shreveport. Dr. Wall has been a fixture of the Shreveport community for over 30 years and has gained a reputation as a premier plastic surgeon in the Ark-La-Tex region.

Dr. Simeon Wall, Sr., is known throughout the country as one of the modern pioneers of body contouring surgery. Dr. Wall was one of the first people in the country to perform liposuction (in 1982) and one of the founding members of the Lipoplasty Society of North America. His excellent results and 20 years of experience in liposuction attract patients from all over the country. Dr. Wall has traveled all over the world teaching his techniques in body contouring and was recently voted by his peers as one of the Best Doctors in America.
Dr. Wall, Sr., was born and raised in Tallulah, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor of Science at Louisiana Tech University and attended the University of Tennessee College of Medicine for his medical degree. Dr. Wall, Sr., completed his internship at the University of California at San Francisco and went on to complete his general and plastic surgery training at the University of Wisconsin. He then completed fellowship training in hand and microsurgery at Northwestern University in Chicago. Having a special interest in facial aesthetic surgery, Dr. Wall Sr. proceeded to complete a head and neck fellowship at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Wall, Sr., is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a founding member of the International Society of Clinical Plastic Surgeons and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He maintains medical licensure in Louisiana, California, and Tennessee. He is a member of the Louisiana Medical Society, the Shreveport Medical Society and the Southern Medical Association.
About Dr. Simeon Wall, Jr.
Dr. Wall Jr. then went on to earn his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
For his internship and residency, Dr. Wall Jr. attended Stanford University's prestigious Plastic Surgery program, which was the first in the country to incorporate plastic surgery into all five or six years of training. There he trained with some of the most famous plastic surgeons in the country. Dr. Wall Jr. had extensive training in complex reconstructive surgery, microvascular surgery, cranio-maxillofacial surgery, cleft surgery and aesthetic surgery. His comprehensive plastic surgical background has allowed Dr. Wall Jr. to pursue his interests in facial rejuvenation surgery and breast & body contouring.
Dr. Wall Jr. specializes in cutting edge surgical techniques such as endoscopic surgery with minimal incisions, laser surgery, and liposculpture with tumescent, power-assisted, or ultrasonic methods. He has written book chapters and published journal articles in the Plastic Surgery literature, as well as having presented his research at several national and state meetings. He is currently writing a book with noted author Julia Havey on plastic surgery for "After the Weight Loss". Dr. Wall Jr.'s patients have been featured on international infomercials, The Discovery Channel, local news channels, and national advertising campaigns.

In addition to his practice, Dr. Wall Jr. is active in Interplast, a philanthropic organization that recruits plastic surgeons to perform cleft lip and palate surgery for children in countries where they would otherwise lack access to plastic surgeons. He has volunteered his services in Peru, Mexico and Brazil.
Dr. Wall Jr. is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is licensed in Louisiana and California. Away from the office, Dr. Wall Jr. enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Casey Wall, participating in Triathalons, golf, tennis, playing guitar and singing, snowboarding, fishing and duck hunting.
About Dr. Holly Casey Wall
Dr. Casey Wall completed her General Surgery and Plastic Surgery training at Stanford University Medical Center with some of the most famous Plastic Surgeons in the world. Stanford was the first program to incorporate plastic surgery into all five years of training.

Dr. Holly Casey Wall is a native of Phoenix, Arizona. She attended Brigham Young University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She then went on to earn her Medical Degree from the University of Utah.
Dr. Casey Wall enjoys all aspects of plastic surgery including both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. She particularly focuses on body contouring and liposculpture, breast surgery, and hand and microvascular surgery. She also volunteers her time to organizations such as Interplast, travelling to Haiti, Mexico and Peru. On these trips she performs cleft lip and palate surgery on those who have no access to plastic surgeons.
Dr. Casey Wall and her husband Dr. Simeon Wall, Jr. joined Plastic Surgery, L.L.P., in Shreveport, Louisiana, forming The Wall Center for Plastic Surgery in July, 2001. Dr. Casey Wall is the most experienced female plastic surgeon in the Ark-La-Tex. As a physician, Dr. Casey Wall has been trained to understand the particular health care needs of all of her patients. As a woman, she can relate firsthand to the concerns and emotional issues particular to women.
Dr. Casey Wall is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She is licensed in both Louisiana and California and is an active member of the Shreveport Medical Society, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic
Surgeons, Louisiana Society of Plastic Surgeons, Zedplast, and the Louisiana State Medical Society. She is also on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Northwest Louisiana.
